This week, the Vice-Chancellor visited Mr Wickett’s award-winning Real Ale Brewery at Kelham Island to help with the first ‘mash’ – the initial stage of the brewing process. Professor Bob Boucher lent a hand, stirring the brew with a special beer paddle. |
