Group Study Rooms in the Information Commons
All the group study rooms can be booked online by students. Just follow the myQuickLink in MUSE to the myRooms&Resources system.
Group Room Bookings on the Information Screens
All "Today's" Group Room Bookings are displayed on one of the information screens to the left of the café and "Now and next" information is on all the screens near the Business Units. Any available slots are highlighted in green and when there are no slots free, it says so at the top. These screens are also useful if you've booked a room but can't remember which.
Booking Guidelines
- You may book up to 2 days in advance.
- You may only book one room per day.
- Maximum booking time is 4 hours.
- The booking system uses the 24 hour clock.
