Qualifications
Daniel Holtby received a MEng degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering (Communications) from the University of Sheffield, in 2006 and a Ph.D. degree from the University of Sheffield, in 2010 on the subject of “Impedance Loaded Geometric Transition Radar Absorbers”.
