"I currently work as a HR Manager in HR Services. I started working at the University on a 3 month fixed term contract which quickly became open ended and 12 years and 4 months later I am still here! I have worked in a number of roles within HR. I started as a HR Assistant and have since been promoted to HR Adviser, Project Officer and now HR Manager. I have worked in different teams within HR and also had experience working on a University wide project group. 

The University is a diverse organisation, which is ever changing and always brings new challenges. No one day is the same in my role and I love that. My role is fast paced and requires me to be reactive, as well as manage longer term projects. The University has provided me with opportunities to progress my career in HR. The University is a fantastic employer with great pay and benefits. I work in a fantastic department where everyone is supportive and collegial.
