Profile

Leads and directs the Management School´s human, financial and physical resources necessary to deliver a sustainable world class business school and drive performance in line with agreed targets for growth, developing and delivering of the school´s strategic and operational plans.

Yvonne provides direction and support to the school´s senior administrators and operational managers and leads the professional and administrative support team in developing and delivering the school´s strategic and operational plans.

She identifies opportunities for more effective management, organisation and delivery of services within and across the school and drives through the necessary changes.

Yvonne also provides direction and support for resource planning and allocation within the School and to work in partnership with the FDO and service managers to ensure effective coordination of school and faculty planning.
