Undergraduate courses: Intercalated bachelor of medical science degree
Once you have successfully completed Phases 1 & 2 of the course, you will have an opportunity to apply to study for an Intercalated degree of BMedSci. This year of study may be taken after any of the Phases 2, 3 or 4 of the course. A broad range of research subjects with associated funding is available each year including Cancer Studies, Physiology, Psychiatry, Immunology, and Pathology.
The BMedSci provides you with a basic training in research methodology, and is respected by employers in the medical field.
