MSc in Health Informatics

Health Informatics student

The MSc in Health Informatics has been developed as a course with multidisciplinary contributions from the Department of Information Studies, the School of Health and Related Research and the School of Nursing and Midwifery. The programme provides students with the knowledge and skills to maximise the use of information management and technology in their health care sector. It equips students with generic tools to enable them to respond to future developments in health care and in information technology while grounding these in the "real world" of current initiatives in information policy, technology and management.
