Get Involved in Communities!
As part of your rent, you've already paid your 'Communities Contribution' - this funds the fabulous Communities programme, so make sure you get involved in all the the great stuff on offer!
The Student Communities: Endcliffe, Ranmoor & City
Depending on where you live, you're a part of one of the following Student Communities:
- Endcliffe Village
- Ranmoor Village
- City
The Communities project puts on a massive range of events, activities, volunteering, sport and fundraising, especially for students who live in University accommodation.
This means you get access to an exclusive programme - everything from beach parties, band nights and sports tournaments, to film nights, dance classes, and ice-skating trips.
This is all put on to help you settle in to Uni life, make your new friends and give you the opportunity to get involved in loads of fun stuff!
You can also put on your own events and activities by getting elected on to your CDC (Community Development Committee) for 11/12.

When you arrive and collect the keys to your accommodation, you'll also receive your Community Card - as a handy key fob!
Keep your card safe and attached to your keys - you'll need it to gain access to your exclusive Community events, free sport, activities and discounts and to get into your bar over Intro.
