Sheffield Students' Union is embarking on an exciting new Customer Service initiative. This means that all Students' Union staff will be developed in delivering excellent customer service to all customers.
Our marketing department are coordinating Customer Service focus groups for staff and students. Feedback from these sessions will be used as a guide to where we need to focus in relation to good customer service.
As a student at the University of Sheffield we would welcome your input at sessions being run on Tuesday 1st May 2012. There are three sessions running at 12.15pm, 2.15pm and 3.45pm each lasting one hour.
